Customer Service

(Customer Service as defined by Wikipedia)

Customer service is the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase. According to Turban et al. (2002) “Customer service is a series of activities designed to enhance the level of customer satisfaction – that is, the feeling that a product or service has met the customer expectation.””

In the past ten years customer service has declined so much it’s heartbreaking. Instead of going into a store and having someone smile, ask you if they can be of service or even show you a product or service that benefits you (and not just to promote their numbers) you get ‘ATTITUDE‘.

I wasn’t raised like that. I was raised to be respectful even if I got rejected because you didn’t get the sale. Rejection is a part of life and there is always something or someone out there that just doesn’t want your product or service. There is no reason why someone has to be uncaring just because it’s “too much of a bother” to respect the fact you want service.

I am all about “Customer Service.” I understand what it is to be treated with respect and to give respect in return. My employees are totally respectable and if they aren’t then I replace them. My whole business relies on keeping you (the client) as happy as I can and giving you the service and the dependability that you deserve from a contractor is and always will be my ultimate goal.

I not only work in the areas I serve I also live and frequent them as well. When and if I happen to run into you at the local market or the local drug store I want you to know that I have your respect as a community participant and want you to be proud of the work I performed at your home. I want you to be proud of the workmanship I put into painting your house, apartment or business. You should be able to show off my work and feel comfortable that it will last for years and not just months. You have my solemn promise…
